LaBlast is the newest fitness craze started by Louis Van Amstel, himself, from Dancing with the Stars...and it's now taking over Red Bank. Join your Fred Astaire Crew as we continue to get the hearts jumping and the music pumping.

The program fuses fitness routines and movement into dance training. You'll find all types of music appear in the class from pop to rock to hiphop, country and more! This high energy experience makes you want to dance.

LaBlast is a multi-level program at which students can progress at their own rate. LaBlast offers something for everyone whether you are looking to tone your body, lose weight, or just have fun!
